Le Pavillon Dauphine

Le Pavillon Dauphine, classé monument historique, a été construit au milieu du 19ème siècle en limite du Bois de Boulogne. Actuellement utilisé comme salle de réception, le pavillon et son parc ont été réaménagés en 2016 par Saint Clair Le Traiteur en coordination avec la Mairie de Paris, le Bois de Boulogne, l’Inspection des sites, et les Architectes des Bâtiments de France.
Le projet était très complexe mêlant contraintes liées à un établissement commercial recevant du public et obligations relevant de la préservation d’un bâtiment classé. Situé dans le Bois de Boulogne la protection des arbres et de la biodiversité était une autre exigence importante pendant le chantier.
Mission : En mission freelance pour Niez Studio, Lynda était responsable du suivi de projet pour les phases de réalisation jusqu'a la réception.

Le Pavillon Dauphine

The Pavillon Dauphine was built in the mid-19th century on the edge of the Bois du Boulogne park and today is a listed building. Today it is used as a suite of reception rooms for weddings and large events. The pavillon and surrounding gardens were renovated and remodelled in 2016 by Saint Clair Le Traiteur in close collaboration with the owners, the Mairie de Paris as well as the Bois de Boulogne, l’Inspection des sites, and the Architectes des Bâtiments de France (the equivalent of Historic England).
This was a particularly complex project, balancing the constraints of a commercial building open to the public, and therefore needing to conform to accessility laws, with the requirements demanded in the restoration of a listed building. As the Pavillion Dauphine is sited in a natural park, protecting trees and biodiversity was another important requirement of the construction phase.
Project : Lynda worked as a freelance Landscape Architect for Niez Studio. She was responsible for site supervision and contract administration during the construction phases.
