Lotissement de 82 logements à Forge-les-Bains (91)
La conception pour le paysage de ce nouveau lotissement encadré par deux espaces boisés classés est inspirée par le souhait de conserver une ambiance «forestière» et de promouvoir la biodiversité. Des arbres d’essences indigènes sont plantés et les zones boisées classées sont prolongées et renforcées. Une haie champêtre est plantée sur les limites du site et plusieurs haies basses entourent les jardins privés afin de constituer un habitat pour la faune locale. Le projet se trouve dans le Parc naturel régional du Gâtinais.
Misssion : Lynda Harris Paysagiste avait pour mission de participer à l’élaboration du dossier de demande de permis de construire déposé en septembre 2016 et du PC modificatif déposé en 2018. Le projet a été réceptionné en 2019.

Housing development of 82 homes à Forge-les-Bains, Essonne
This new housing development is surrounded by two protected woodland sites and the design for the landscape was inspired by the desire to retain and extend the existing woodland atmosphere as well as providing wildlife habitat. Native tree species have been planted and the existing protected woodland extended. A hedge of mixed natives has been planted around the site and smaller hedges define the private gardens creating habitat for fauna. The site lies within the Parc Naturel National du Gâtinais, just south of Paris.
Project : Lynda Harris Paysagistes were asked to provide the documents required for planning permission which was applied for in September 2016 by the property developer Groupe Pierreval. In 2018 a modified planning application was prepared and submitted to the Mairie. The build was completed October in 2019.
